Biden's Energy Policies

What effects will the Biden energy policies towards federal government lands have on companies that have both private and government lands leased? Will private land drilling increase in 2021?

Shift to more drilling on "private" lands is possible - but the critical point will be the economics for drilling more on these private lands / this is tied to the subsurface info, reservoir quality and EUR projections based on already drilled areas.
