Cabot selling Eagle Ford assets!

I just read several articles about Cabot selling their Eagle Ford assets to Venado Oil & Gas LLC . Do any of you have any experience working with Venado ( as a property owner or royalty owner ) ? I would appreciate any info you can provide!

I personally don't have personal experience with Venado or their operating entities and hopefully someone will comment on that (they have acquired other properties in S Tx Eagle Ford over the past year).

The fact that they purchased this property for some pretty high metrics (per net acre or producing BOE), they are in this to develop more properties / drill more wells and generate more cash flow - which should positively impact most royalty owners as Venado looks to drill infill EF locations and/or shallower Austin Chalk laterals
