I am looking for suggestions for what to ask for in compensation to allow an oil co to place a well site on my property when the drainhole will be in an adjacent lease where I have no mineral interest. Thanks for any suggestions.

Pete, I am surprised you haven't see some feedback on this topic. The practice of doing this is common in many areas. My assumption is that both wellsite and surface facilities (post completion) will be on your property.
You may want to post this question on the "Go Haynesville" site to try to get some feedback.
Thanks for the reply Mark, but I think I have an agreement with the oil co. They are proposing a 4 well pad, with three on my unit and one on an adjoining unit which is just across the fence. They will use an existing facility pad for all four wells. So not as bad as it could be, but I feel I have already bent over backwards to accommodate them with other issues that I want to be fairly compensated this time.
