I thought I hit Add Reply but I guess I didn’t. I can’t thank you enough for looking at this for me. My problem is that I don’t know what I’m looking at or know if something seems wrong. I think your idea of a database is a good idea though. Thanks so much, Mark :)

Attached are the production graphs for the 28H and 29H. Remember that these are monthly plots of O&G production reported to the Tx RRC plotted on log scale. These are NOT the volumes noted on your revenue checks. And if the gas is going to a processing plant, the gas volumes on these graphs are full well stream vs what your revenue checks are showing (i.e., residue gas and NGL's).

28H production has actually increasing about 100% over the past few months - probably tied to operational efficiencies implemented in the field.

29H has definitely taken a nosedive - the fact that this decrease has not been reversed may be pointing to this being a very serious wellbore mechanical situation. e.g. Collapsed casing, downhole plugging, etc.

Good chance the 29H is on its last legs and could be off line for good soon.
22H and 21H in my follow up e…tag:goeaglefordshale.com,2022-03-29:6447762:Comment:1664452022-03-29T14:53:28.486ZMarkhttps://goeaglefordshale.com/profile/MarkPrzywara

22H and 21H in my follow up email. Need to look at the 28H and 29H

I understand your frustration with the Tx RRC but this is your go to as to well information.

Of course, I assume you have all your check stubs (which has all the key info too)

Here are the production graphs for the three leases in the Anderson Raemay Unit. Got these from ENVERUS site but all this info is available for free on Tx RRC site.

One can see the reduction in oil production in latest month (Jan 2022) for the 22H. But also an increase in oil production on one of the other leases.

In looking at the specific oil lease summaries (18369, 18380, 18383 / District 1), one can see oil production volume being 50% of the previous month on one of the…

In looking at the specific oil lease summaries (18369, 18380, 18383 / District 1), one can see oil production volume being 50% of the previous month on one of the wells (with flat gas production).

These monthly anomalies tied to O&G production may be something as simple as operator doing work on the well and having that well out of production for some time. No way of knowing if this is happening since no paperwork is filed with Tx RRC to document such work.

I suggest you see how production goes for the next couple of months - don't be surprised if it pops back up.

But if you want to stay on top of what is happening here, I suggest you create a historical data base for this production so as to allow you to better analyze what is happening out here.
I wouldn’t even know what to…tag:goeaglefordshale.com,2022-03-29:6447762:Comment:1664402022-03-29T14:46:10.450ZSusie Kiefhttps://goeaglefordshale.com/profile/SusieKief

I wouldn’t even know what to look for or how to interpret on Texas RRC. I’m so lost with this. The wells are Anderson A unit 28H, Anderson B Unit 29H, Anderson-Raemay A Unit 21H, and Anderson-Raemay B Unit 22H. If you could take a look, I would be forever grateful :)

Sent that email to you from my email on March 8th.

Something is "blocking" our one-on-one communications / guess this site will have to suffice.

As for the check differences, not much I can say based on what you have provided.

When you say "liquids", is that NGL's?

Difficult to say anything valid without seeing the data from these two months. Wells could have been shut in for a while during the operations transfer. Different processing plant could be handling the produced gas and generating the residue gas and NGL's. Any one of several other options.

My direction to anyone who wants to stay on top of their revenue checks is to be building data bases with the monthly info to allow one to "see" month to month changes and subsequently analyze what may be happening.

Talking to operators about issues like this is normally a 99+% waste of time - their job is not to address issues like this. Burden is on the royalty owner.

I will take a look at the Tx RRC site for your wells (Have you done this?) to see if there is anything that pops up as an anomaly. Answer may be in how the oil is being moved off of location -if produced but not "disposed" (sold), those volumes will not be included in any monthly payment.
I just saw this.
I just saw this. No, I didn’t get it. It might be in spam. I’ll check around that date. Nope, not there. This is crazy.

Here’s one for you. The check from Texas American Resources has been much lower than Callon. My cousin who is able to decipher the statements while I am not, said that oil production on our two best wells is half of what December was (under Callon)with an increase in liquids. Does that tell you anything? How can we find out what’s goin on with these wells?

Great news on the Tx American Res drilling plans. As noted in other emails here and elsewhere, there are a lot of locations to be drilled in these areas - it is just a timing issue as to when the operators want to spend that capital to drill new wells when there is no urgency or demand to do so (due to expiring leases).

I will re-send message with my email address and cell phone number.

Hi Mark,

I have great new! I talked to rhe landsman at Texas American Resources. He said we’re on the map to drill in 2024 but also said the map was set before the price took off. He said they’re trying to expedite that schedule. I am so happy!

on another note, I got the email saying you were sending me your email address in another email, but I never got that email. I checked my spam folder too. Nothing. Can you resend? Sorry, I don’t know what’s going…
