Does anyone have experience with the pipeline company Ironwood Midstream? 

They claim that they are a "common carrier" and do not have to pay as much as a production company.  They made a low-ball per foot offer in mid-teens with no damages.  I rejected this offer so now they are going the eminent domain rout. All that I am asking for is that they pay at the level that others have already paid to us.

So anyone with experience with Ironwood Midstream and their negotiating tactics? Anyone go through the eminent domain process with outcome achieved through this process?
