Nothing thru Jan 2013 Tx RRC filings. Perhaps next week (early April), something will post on Tx RRC for Feb 2013 filings.

Considering the wells were just TD's in November and December 2012 (wells drilled back to back from same surface location), getting wells frac'd and initial production in Feb 2013 is a reasonable time line.

I would re-calculate the DO receipt time from spud date as well as from well reaching TD and when well is officially completed and info filed with the Tx RRC

Mark, Flow back begin 2/21/2013.

Then ideally there should be production filed for February tha will be included on Tx RRC site sometime next week. EOG tends to get their reports to the state in the first few days of the month. I would suggest searching under the "pending" category for these wells.

Ilene, Thanks for posting this update. I know that the Perdiz wells are in low GOR area so reservoir energy to unload wells would eventually be an issue.

Appears that the very good initial production post frac has drawn down the pressure to a point where rates either dropped too low or well stopped flowing totally.

Expect this profile, i.e. flowing well to artificial lift in short period, will be duplicated on most EF wells in this part of the trend

Longer vs shorter laterals

This may have been discussed at length at some point on this forum so please forgive me if I'm repeating a question that may have been answered.

Six years ago CHK drilled wells with 5000ft laterals; recently they have come back and…
